FRESH FAITH“I am about to rain bread from heaven “Fresh.” What a wonderful word. We enjoy all things fresh.
To experience “fresh” is to come face to face with a generous Father who works to make all things spanking new. He grants us fresh flowers, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh bread and even fresh faith. There are times when our faith feels more leftover than fresh, more dead than alive. But God wants to imbibe staleness and stagnancy with an infusion of freshness. Just as He rained down sweet bread from heaven daily, He invites us to gather a fresh portion of faith every day. Fresh faith is a confident trust and reliance on Him as our all powerful and all caring Father “to work in” us and “to work out” every circumstance for our good and for His glory. No matter what the circumstance, we can be settled and fulfilled in this reality! In a town stricken with drought that lingered for months, a church called a desperate prayer meeting for rain. People prayed and prayed, hoped and hoped, but only one little girl brought her umbrella. She had fresh faith. For More Fresh Faith Followers,
